Our current investment strategy is guided by the following principals:
Focus on multifamily properties for which we can add value either through management or physical improvements.
Avoid competing with large funds by identifying well-located, high-quality real estate that is just under the size threshold to attract institutional capital
Concentrate on mid-size markets in the South and the Heartland where we have “boots on the ground” and a competitive advantage
Always staying focused on risk management, keeping in mind we are a steward of our investors’ capital with every decision we make

Our exclusive regional partnerships give us unique insight into the dynamics of the wider market surrounding Northwest Arkansas, the Mid-South and the Heartland. These include, but are not limited to Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Memphis, Little Rock, Kansas City and St. Louis. We are able to optimize the value of assets in these markets more effectively and efficiently than our competitors.
